I was the guy that ate 6 meals a day with chicken and rice, beef and sweet potato, more chicken and broccoli and egg whites.

I was allowed to have ONE cheat meal every 10 days and it was only allowed to be something like a small pizza, or 1 burger and small fires.

That was the meal plan I was meant to follow to get “shredded”. I’m sure you have all heard it before. The “Bro Diet”.

Love that sweet rich taste of freshly squeeze juice? Well you’re going to love it a whole lot more! Because juice is good for you! It is an excellent way to get extra nutrients and vitamins into your body, especially if your somebody who is always on the go!

Motivation doesn’t last. That’s why I recommend you find something that motivates you daily. It could be something simple like a quote or a goal physique you found on Instagram. There are some tried and tested methods of staying motivated while you’re on the fitness wagon.

Ahhh leg day. I think you will agree with me that we all love to hate it! The two days after leg day are spent limping around and heavy breathing when you go to sit or stand up. Then you come across stairs… sometimes I think it would be less painful to fall down them!

Hip Pain Whilst Training?

Prior to any training session I make sure I have a pre workout meal consisting of around 80g of carbs and 30 – 40g of protein. I have my pre workout meal 60 – 90min prior to my training session.

How do you become successful do you need an influential family? Born into richest? Get a better education and go to university? Sure, I’m not going to lie these things can contribute but none of these factors are dependent on how successful you are. It is dependent on how hard you work.

Training legs is so important me, we use our legs every day whether is walking, sitting, standing, running or stepping over something seems like simple all day everyday activities.
