I Have Found The PERFECT Diet For Losing Weight!!

Can it be true? The perfect diet for losing weight, is there such a thing?

Yes there is such a thing.

No I'm not crazy or trying to sell you a gimmick or magic pill.

First let’s have a quick look at some of the diets we have to choose from.

PALEO - Or the cave man diet. Eat mainly meat, fish and vegetables and avoid processed foods.

LOW CARB - Limit Carbohydrate intake and eat more foods high in protein and fats.

LOW FAT - Restricts foods high in fats and eat mostly protein and carbohydrates.

KETOGENIC - Eating low to no carbs, adequate protein and high in fats.

CLEAN EATING - Eating 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats and ONLY clean food avoiding junk food.

If It Fits Your Macros – or IIFYM, Macros refers to your protein, fats and carbs and your macros provide the calories. You have a set daily calorie goal and the choice of foods you consume is up to you. As long as you stay within your daily calorie and fiber goal.

INTERMITTENT FASTING - using several of the above diets and restrict your eating to a few hours a day.

So which one of the above diets is the best for losing weight I hear you ask!

I think most people forget to understand why a specific diet for losing weight works.

Well let me tell you the actual reason you loose weight.

You lose weight by creating a calorie deficit.... BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU CONSUME

There are 3 ways you can create a Calorie Deficit.

- Decrease you daily calorie intake

- Increase your daily activity level

- A combination of both

I know you are probably sitting there screaming at your screen “Get to the point!!! What is the PERFECT diet for losing weight”

First I have some questions for you.

Can you follow a diet plan where you only have meat, fish and vegetables? No Cereal for breakfast burgers or ice cream?

What about low carbs? No Rice, potatoes or candy and lets be honest here, all the good and tasty foods have Carbs in them!

Can you follow a low fat diet? No nuts, avocados or chocolate.

Can you see where I’m going with this? What I am trying to get at is that all of the above diets have their pros and cons. I personally follow IIFYM when I need to loose some weight….

WAIT go back a second… “I personally follow IIFYM when I need to loose some weight” if that the PERFECT diet for loosing weight. Is that the one? Tell me that’s the one?

My answer is NO. I’m not saying that the diet I follow is the PERFECT diet for you to lose weight. But I am saying that IIFYM is the PERFECT diet for ME to lose weight.

The PERFECT diet for you to lose weight is a diet that you can commit 100% to and suits your lifestyle and dietary needs. AS LONG AS YOU CREATE A CALORIE DEFICIT.
