Tips to help make that beach body a reality!
Has life got in the way of your beach body this summer? Well it’s not too late!
Here’s some tips, tricks and advice to get you back on track.
The foundations of getting back on track are: Eating well, training hard (lifting heavy), and sleeping well. These 3 points will help get you bikini ready in no time!
Drink more water
When you start drinking 2-3Liters a day you will start to notice your metabolism will improve, your skin blemishes will clear and it will be easier to lose water retention. Staying hydrated is a great first step to improving your health and fitness goals.
We want to tone up and trim down the fat. To do this we need to lift weights and build muscle, the more muscle mass you have on your body the easier it is to maintain and burn more calories.
You will need to get your heart rate up and start sweating it out at the gym. AKA make your fat cry! Melt that fat away with sweating more during your working.
TRY: High intensity cardio and lifting more weight during your workouts
Don’t commit carb-side
Lower your carb intake this will help you get in shape quick for your upcoming holiday or fitting back into that bikini.
TRY: More vegetables, and whole grain carbs: oats, quinoa and legumes.
STOP: Pasta, White rice, white bread, and potatoes.
Sodium is your enemy, it is making you hold water and bloat. Be mindful and check the labels on the back for sodium we want to reduce this as much as possible.
Know that old saying: Abs are made in the kitchen. Well hate to break it to you but it’s true! What you are eating is having an impact on your results.
Eat more protein and drink as much water as possible to help get those gainz!
Cut the high fatty foods, sugary soda and alcohol and you will start seeing results.
