Protein Brownies YUM!


Got a sweet tooth like me? Try these protein brownies! They are the best snack to have throughout the day!

Ingredients

- ¾ cups of chocolate protein powder

- ¼ cup stevia or ½ cup raw sugar

- ½ cup of smooth peanut butter

- ½ tsp baking soda

- ½ tsp pink salt

- ½ cup of egg whites

- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- ¾ cup almond milk

Method

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Grease a brownie baking dish

In a large bowl add protein powder, baking soda and salt. Mix together

Add egg whites, vanilla and almond milk until well combined

Heat peanut butter until melted

Combine peanut butter and stevia or raw sugar

Mix peanut butter and /protein mixture together until well combined

Pour brownie mixture into baking dish

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked right through

Once cooked leave on a cooling rack for 10mintues

Cut into squares

Then enjoy!
