10 Minute quick and easy Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 ½ x Cup pitted prunes
- 1 x Cup chopped cashew nuts
- 1/8 x cup dried goji berries
- 1 x tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 x tsp Chai spice powered
- ½ x Protein powder
- ¼ x Cacao Powder
- ½ x shredded coconut
Method:
Combine pitted prunes, cashew nuts and goji berries until mixtures is smooth.
Add protein powder, chai spice powered, cacao powder and vanilla essence until all ingredients are mixed together.
With your hands roll into small balls.
Add coconut to the outside of the balls.
Ready to Eat!
